Your bridal party’s entrance will not only be a great way to signal that your celebration is beginning, but it will also give you a chance to put them in the spotlight and acknowledge them for being such an important part of your special day. And the music you play during this moment, will build anticipation and excitement before you and your husband make your grand entrance.
It’s time to pick out the perfect music for your bridal party’s reception entrance. This music will kick things off and set the tone for the rest of the evening.
When picking out your song(s) think about choosing lighthearted music that will help your bridal party loosen up and have fun. This way they’ll be able to walk in with style and bring an energetic vibe to the room.
First of all, think about how your bridal party will enter the room:
As couple’s
As two separate groups (guys group and ladies group)
As individuals
This information will help you determine what type of music you’re looking for and how many songs you’ll need:
If your bridal party will be walking in as couples, you’ll likely need just one song.
If they’ll be walking in as two separate groups, you may want to choose two separate songs (one for the guy’s and one for the ladies)
If everyone will be walking in as individuals, it might be fun to let them pick out their own theme music to show off their individual personality (like they do in Major League Baseball, when each player is up to bat)
